By purchasing tickets through Premier Tickets Limited you agree to the terms and conditions as stated on our web site.
About Us
Premier Tickets Limited is a small family run ticket broker business that you can trust. We have been in business for over 3 years now and have many returning customers who have been more than happy with the service we provided and the tickets they received. At Premier Tickets Limited every customer is important to us, and we do as much as possible to accommodate every customer in any way they require so that the process of purchasing your tickets right until the night of the event goes as smoothly as possible. Our specialty is sporting and music events all around the UK and Ireland and we aim to provide the biggest variety of tickets so that any customer can find the perfect position for where they want to be at any event. We also aim to be a fair and competitive ticket broker, but will often have to offer tickets at above face value. This is to reflect the price of the tickets, the cost's we have incurred, and the effort to obtain these tickets. Please understand that the ticket market fluctuates and prices of tickets will vary at different points in time.
Paying for Tickets
Premier Tickets Limited does not charge you for using any card. Premier Tickets Limited accepts payment through Credit and Debit cards, including American Express, Visa and Visa Electron. Premier Tickets Limited also accepts payment through cheque/postal order.
Contacting: Us and You
Premier Tickets Limited operates one of the most responsive email and phone support systems. We provide phone support from 9-5 Monday-Friday with varied phone support throughout the night and weekend. We also operate email support at the same times as the phone support. We aim to reply to every email as soon as possible, but this can sometimes lead over to the next day if we need to investigate into ticket availability or any queries you may have.
When ordering tickets from Premier Tickets Limited we do ask (but not require) that you leave an email address and phone number so that we can contact you when needed. Premier Tickets Limited contacts you at least 3 times during the process of you ordering and receiving your tickets. Firstly when you place an order if you enter the correct email address our ordering system will automatically send you an email acknowledging your order, and informing you that we are processing it. Once our sales team has processed your order we will then send you a custom order confirmation informing you that we have received the funds and have accepted your order and it is now processing through our system, at this time we will confirm your tickets, your name, the quantity of tickets you ordered, when we expect to post your tickets, and any queries we may have.
Once your tickets come into stock and we dispatch them we will then confirm this with you via email, this email will confirm that your tickets have been posted and that you should expect them in the next working day.
Tickets: Delivery
Premier Tickets Limited sends all its tickets out by next day special
delivery. This means that your tickets will be delivered to your address
one working day after we post them. If tickets are shown as "IN STOCK"
that means that we have the tickets in our possession at our office, and
can post them to you on the next company post day and you will have them
the next working day after we post them. If your tickets are not in stock then we are waiting
for them to come into stock, and when they do we will post them as soon
as possible.
Tickets: Getting them!
Premier Tickets Limited sends all of its tickets by Royal Mail Next Day
Special Delivery. This means your tickets tickets are guaranteed to be
at your door by 1pm the next working day after we post them. This also
means that your tickets will need to be signed for at the door to confirm
that you have received them. If you are unable to sign for the tickets
the post man will leave you a note through your door confirming that he
attempted to deliver your tickets. All you have to do now is go down to your local sorting office at your next earliest convenience within 2 weeks and provide
your note from the post man and proof of identification.
All Sales Are Final
Once we have processed your order and received your money it can not be cancelled or refunded. If for whatever reason you are unable to attend the event that you have tickets for and the event is more than four (4) weeks away we can upon request attempt to re-sell your tickets and if successful offer you a partial refund dependant on the price that we re-sell the tickets for.
Tickets: Replacements
Premier Tickets Limited does not control the printing of tickets, nor the issuing of them by the promoter and thus can not offer any replacement's for lost or stolen tickets. If you lose your tickets or they are stolen Premier Tickets Limited accepts no responsibility, will not offer a refund, and will not be able to provide replacement tickets. It is vital that once you have received your tickets you keep them in a safe and secure place where you can access them so that you will be able to attend your event.
Cancellation's/Rescheduling
If the event is cancelled, and not rescheduled we will offer you a refund
less 15% to cover the processing fees if the tickets are returned within 5 working days and we are notified via email or telephone. Events being cancelled is no fault
of ours and is nothing we can control, so we will not have advanced notice
on event cancellations nor any input into any aspect of the cancellation,
be it leading to a rescheduled event or not. If an event is rescheduled
your tickets will remain valid for the future event, and Premier Tickets Limited will not reimburse you for any expense that you may incur including but not limited to travel and accommodation.
In the rare occasion that the event promoters wish to issue new tickets,
or require you to do something with your current tickets we will give
you notification via email and/or telephone. If we are unable to contact
you due to a faulty email address or phone number, Premier Tickets Limited
accepts no responsibility if your tickets become invalid or if you are
not notified in time of a cancellation and travel to the event. Premier
Tickets Limited will not reimburse you for any travel expenses that you
may incur in traveling to an event if it is cancelled or rescheduled.
Face Value
Premier Tickets Limited states the face value of every ticket sold on
the web site. But what does the Face Value mean? When tickets are released
on sale the promoters set a face value, and this is what is printed on
your tickets. But the face value never reflects the price we paid to obtain
the tickets. If in the rare occasion we are able to buy tickets at the
face value price, there is of course fee's added on. Many company's charge
a processing fee, and then they will also charge a postage fee. But in
the more likely occasion where we have to source out your tickets from
one of our credited suppliers, they will charge a lot higher prices for
the tickets, especially if the tickets are in a good position. So when
we come to sell them to you, the price difference between the sale price,
and the price we paid for the tickets is not as different as the face
value would imply. The face value is simply the initial price of the tickets
before they were valued by the ticket market based on the position of
the tickets in the venue for the specific event.
Ticket Prices
Premier Tickets Limited specializes in sale of sold out and hard to get tickets. The price you pay for your tickets will often be above the face value of the ticket, this is to reflect the price we paid in obtaining these tickets, all costs involved, and the market value at the time of the sale. The ticket market is very competitive and fluctuating, and because of this ticket prices can go up and down daily. Our prices aim to be fair and competitive with the cost and time taken to obtain these tickets, and the current market value of the tickets. Please be aware that the ticket market fluctuates, and because of this Premier Tickets Limited will not offer a partial refund if you pay more for your tickets at a previous date than you would now. Premier Tickets Limited will also never ask you for more money if your tickets raise in value after your purchase.
The Web site: It's use and operation
By using the Premier Tickets Limited web site you accept and understand that Premier Tickets Limited is a ticket broker, and that we deal in sold out and hard to get tickets. Premier Tickets Limited does not claim any affiliation with the venues, the event, or any promoter involved with any event and does not claim to be the sole provider of excellent tickets to any event. Premier Tickets Limited also does not claim copyright of any event or venue picture unless shown by the copyright logo.
Name's On Tickets
Some tickets may have a name on them indicating the original owner/buyer of the tickets. Premier Tickets Limited does not print tickets nor does it control what name is put on the tickets. The name on the tickets is not important and will not effect the current owner of the ticket. Your tickets will be valid regardless of the name on the ticket, but the name on the ticket can not be changed, removed or modified by either us or yourselves. Premier Tickets Limited accepts no responsibility for the name on the tickets, nor any details gained by this name.
Notes
Premier Tickets Limited reserves the right to upgrade your tickets at
no extra cost or downgrade with a partial refund if we are unable to fulfil
your initial seating order. We will never sell you tickets sat next to
each other and then give you seats sat apart. Whatever number of tickets
you buy in one transaction will all be sat next to each other. Premier
Tickets Limited reserves the right to cancel your order at any time, if
Premier Tickets Limited cancel's your order for tickets we will not be
liable for any travel or accommodation expenses you may have already spent.
Premier Tickets Limited accepts no liability for any injury or loss you
may receive whilst traveling to, from, and attending any event. All of
our tickets are priced with VAT and are in Great British Pound (GPB).
Once you go to pay for your tickets the final amount is indicated there
and will include VAT. You will occur no other extra charges after you
see the Total on the secure payment page where you are asked to enter
